Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

1. Who we are

LiveSocket (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a small laser-engraving studio based in Boerne, Texas in the Texas Hill Country. We design and hand-finish custom tumblers, keychains, and gift bundles for retail, corporate, and event customers. By using livesocket.com or buying from us through a Stripe payment link, craft fair, or live event, you agree to these terms.

2. Products & sales

Our catalog of engraved tumblers, keychains, and gift bundles is sold through per-product Stripe payment links. Each order is a one-of-a-kind piece of custom work — the engraving is built around what you asked for, then finished, packed, and shipped from Boerne.

3. Custom orders, returns, & cancellation

Every order placed through a product page or payment link is built around your specific engraving request, which is part of why we’re upfront about the process:

Damage in transit is on us — we’ll replace it. Damage from misuse or normal wear and tear isn’t covered, but we’ll do our best to help with a reasonable repair or refresh.

4. Wholesale & corporate inquiries

Our corporate / bulk-order channel lives at /wholesale. Submitting the form creates a corporate_inquiries record so we can follow up with a written quote.

Hill Country markets & live events

The schedule of craft fairs, farmers markets, and live-engraving events we attend is published at /markets and refreshed each quarter. Booking a private or organizational live-engraving event starts with an inquiry via /events; same rules apply — timing and pricing are confirmed by written quote before the engagement is final.

5. Using the site

Please use livesocket.com for personal shopping, planning a gift, or evaluating a corporate partnership. The following aren’t permitted:

If your inquiry is a bot looking for a vulnerability, we’ve already filtered you out — please move along.

6. Intellectual property

The LiveSocket name, logo, catalog photography, and the design of these pages are ours. The content you submit for engraving — your company logo, your kid’s name, your wedding monogram — stays yours. You give us a limited license to reproduce that content on the physical goods you’ve ordered, and that’s it. We won’t post your engraving on social media without asking.

If you’re a corporate buyer sending us a logo for use across a 200-unit run, you confirm that you have the right to license that mark to us for production under the agreed quote.

7. Pricing errors & availability

Despite our best efforts, a price or stock count may occasionally be wrong. If we spot a clear error before we cut into your project, we’ll let you know and offer the choice of a corrected price or a full refund.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The site and the products we sell are provided “as is” with no warranty of any kind beyond what’s described above. To the maximum extent allowed by Texas law, LiveSocket’s total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages — lost profits, lost events, hurt feelings about a typo. If something goes wrong, please tell us; reasonable people can usually sort reasonable problems out without paperwork.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that can’t be worked out informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Kendall County, Texas.

10. Contact

Questions, a typo to report, a wholesale project to scope? Reach us at jkinter@livesocket.com. We reply quickly during normal business hours and within a day or two on weekends.

11. Changes

If we update these terms in a way that materially affects an in-progress order, we’ll let you know directly. The version that applies to a given order is the one posted on this page on the day you placed that order.
